Dedication Day

Last Sunday, we were blessed to dedicate Annie Joy to the Lord. It meant so much to have our family and church friends share in her special day. We chose this verse out of Phillipians - I love the New Living Translations version as it is our prayer that she would always strive to grow closer to God and bring glory to Him, demonstrating her love for Christ in all areas of her life and be filled with the fruit of her salvation!!

"I pray that your love will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding. For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return. May you always be filled with the fruit of your salvation—the righteous character produced in your life by Jesus Christ—for this will bring much glory and praise to God."

I love the other two kiddos - Will was counting all of the people in the pews - Paige kept lifting up her dress:) - Annie did great and just stared down Pastor Rob!

Sweet cousins - and already best buddies in their matching bracelets - Annie Joy and Blakely Joy!

We loved having Aunt Mel in town from Chicago - so thankful she was able to come visit and share in our celebration!
