The anticipation for Paige's Mother Tea was insurmountable. Her class studied Korea so the theme for the day was just that. She talked about it for weeks on end.....and she actually retained and taught us a lot! She couldn't wait to show me the hanbox dresses, the flowers, food, etc. I just love being her mommy and loved sharing her excitement for our special school date.
I know someday she won't be as excited to have me by her side and I just treasured this day and her love for me too!
Paige worked very hard on this tea cup that was my gift....notice the sharpie and the "drawing inside the cup" technique. Yes, she is still very disappointed with me that I won't drink out of it. Hard to explain to my 4 year old that she may be poisoning me with permanent marker!

I was also gifted with a large yellow flower for my hair. If you see me sporting it around town, it's because my 4 year old thinks it's just the most beautiful thing she has ever seen and is so proud to see me wearing it! Ha!
Paige and her dear teacher, Mrs. Boot (sporting what Paige tells me is a Hanbox dress)....she's already teaching me and she's 4....can only imagine the math I will be learning when she's 7!
